“ OMG, the Tacos! This is not just another rice & beans Mexican restaurant. The flavors are amazing - definitely chef level. The house made tortillas fold beautifully around thoughtfully combined ingredients to deliver a fully composed bite. We can't wait to return and try the rest of the menu. They did a really good job of renovating the old Mesquite Grill. The floor plan is open, and the bar area is inviting with a large TV tuned to your favorite ball team. ”
“ We visited in the first few weeks of opening, on a Sunday. It wasn't too busy. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with plenty of big tables for large parties. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu & was very attentive. Each meal seems cooked to order, so our main meal took about 15 minutes to come out. This is unlike any Mexican restaurant you can get in Memphis. The menu is unique and plated beautifully. More upscale, but inviting & laid back. Perfect for a date night. ”

The shrimp morita was a unique and memorable dish that we thoroughly enjoyed. I can honestly say they serve the best margarita I’ve ever had in my life! “ Me and my two boys who are 11 & 9 ate here tonight. At first, we didn’t know what to think as it took quite a while for someone to come to our table and it wasn’t very busy. BUT Carlos saved the day! He was our server and was fantastic! My kids each had the shrimp, cheese, and rice platters w/no veggies and I had the Birria Tacos. All of it was delicious! Margarita (for me, mom) was fantastic. We also ordered a couple of desserts. I forgot what they were called. One was Rey something and it was good, but if you are sensitive to textures I would not recommend it. The boys had some sorta chocolate bar with vanilla gelato and loved it. Would highly recommended checking these guys out. Food is wonderful and prices are about average for this area! My boys and I will be back! :) Only photo I got was the Rey something... Orange gelatin coating, creamy custard type thing in the middle with fruit, and a graham cracker type bottom. ”
